Actress and former Miss Universe Lara Dutta is mourning the loss of her father, Wing Commander LK Dutta (retd), who passed away earlier today.
The news comes just days after the family marked his 84th birthday on May 12, which coincided with the 25th anniversary of Lara’s Miss Universe win.
Bollywood actress Lara Dutta has suffered a heartbreaking loss with the passing of her father, Wing Commander L. K. Dutta. The actress, accompanied by her husband Mahesh Bhupathi, attended the funeral in Mumbai today.Lara was spotted in a white salwar-kurta, while Mahesh was in a white shirt.
Lara shared a bunch of pictures, which also featured her husband, tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi, and daughter, Siera. In one photo, Lara sat in her garden and looked at her phone.
