Rehman and Kumar worked on films such as Patthar Ke Sanam, Neel Kamal and Aadmi. Recalling her co-star, Rehman said that Kumar was interesting to work with and was very cooperative.
The actress told us, “I worked with Manoj Ji on 3 films. He was a talented writer, director and editor. He had interesting ideas and he understood the pulse of the nation. He was interesting to work with, and I remember him being very cooperative and it was really nice working with him. May his soul rest in peace.”
